These terms govern your use of the Rectangular Mosaic website, browser editor, and mobile applications provided by SK Studio. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Using the service

You may use Rectangular Mosaic for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not use it to violate another person's rights, break applicable law, distribute malicious material, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to any system.

2. License and ownership

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the service on devices you own or control, subject to applicable store usage rules. Rectangular Mosaic, its design, code, branding, and documentation remain owned by SK Studio or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

3. Your images and output

You keep all rights to images you select and results you create. You are responsible for having permission to process, save, and share that material, and for checking that redaction is adequate before relying on or distributing an output.

4. Local processing

Core image editing runs locally on your device. The browser editor does not upload selected images to our servers. Unsaved browser work may be lost when the page is refreshed or closed. Data practices for the mobile apps and third-party services are described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Pro purchase, restoration, and refunds

Pro is a one-time digital purchase with no automatic renewal. Displayed prices may vary by storefront, country, currency, and tax. Payment, purchase restoration, cancellation, and refund handling are provided through the Apple App Store or Google Play and remain subject to that store's rules and applicable law. RevenueCat may be used to verify entitlement status.

6. Third-party services

The service may use or link to Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, AdMob, Firebase, Microsoft Clarity, and other third-party services. Their own terms and policies govern their services. We are not responsible for third-party availability, content, or decisions.

7. App-store terms

For an app obtained from Apple, these terms are between you and SK Studio, not Apple. SK Studio, not Apple, is responsible for the app, support, and claims concerning it. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support and is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce these terms as they relate to the iOS app. Your use must also comply with the applicable Apple or Google store terms.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided as available and may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data damages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

9. Suspension, changes, and contact

We may restrict access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material breach. We may update these terms and will publish the new effective date here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent to support@skstudio.cn.
